AGR (Average Grid Rank)

AGR (Average Grid Rank) measures your business's average local search position. It calculates rankings within the top 20 search results, giving you an understanding of how your business performs locally.

On the other hand, ATGR (Average Total Grid Rank) extends this by including search results where your business does not appear within the first 20 positions.

Example: If a GeoGrid search map shows AGR = 5 and ATGR = 15, the map would display a mostly red square with some green areas, indicating stronger performance in those specific zones.

SoLV (Share of Local Voice)

SoLV is a metric that originates from traditional marketing, reflecting your business's visibility compared to competitors. It assesses how well-known your brand is, how frequently people talk about it, and how often it appears online.

Key Points:

  • AGR and ATGR are best when closer to 1, meaning a higher rank.

  • SoLV is most effective when closer to 100%, indicating greater market presence.
