Step 2: Get a Google Maps API Key

Before setting up the widget, you’ll need a Google Maps API key. Follow this quick guide to obtain one: Google Maps API Key Guide.


Step 3: Add a Widget in Local Brand Manager

  1. Click "Add Widget" to create a new widget.

  2. Click "Add API Widget" to proceed.


Step 4: Configure the Widget in GeoBooster

  1. Navigate to GeoBooster → Businesses and select your business.

  2. Go to the "Settings" section.

  3. Scroll down and copy the widget code snippet.


Step 5: Embed the Widget on Your Website

  1. Paste the widget code snippet into your website’s HTML.

  2. Locate the mapApiKey field in the snippet and add your Google Maps API key.

  3. Save the changes – the widget should now be live!


Step 6: Customize the Widget Settings

  • In GeoBooster, navigate to the widget settings.

  • Test different customization options to adjust the widget’s appearance and functionality.
